Create Your "My Planner" Account

To access all the benefits this year's conference has to offer - including networking, main stage livestream, and on-demand content - please take a moment to create your "My Planner" account by following 4 steps with your registration information. 

Once set up, you will be able to start networking with other attendees, speakers, and exhibitors immediately after they complete these same steps. The My Planner account also has a list of all attendees that you can access from your profile as well as classic features including saving sessions, exhibitors, or speakers to your profile for review on-site. 

Step 1

Go to the official event website and set up your My Planner account using your email and last name associated with your registration (included above for your convenience). Your account will be synced to your registration data allowing access to attendee-only content and features.

Step 2

Complete your My Planner profile by entering and confirming your password, consenting to connect with exhibitors, and completing the "human verification" prompt - then click "Create Free Account." You will immediately receive an email with a link that you must click to verify your account. 

Step 3

Verify your email by clicking on the link in the email that comes from the sender below.

Step 4

Set Communication Preferences by clicking the link in your My Planner page. You are required to verify your email (Step 3) before completing this step. Once you set your preferences and update your profile, you can navigate to the Networking tab to start messaging other conference-goers.

This will take you to the final step which is confirming your networking preferences. Once your preferences are confirmed, navigate to the Networking page to start connecting with ATA2022 attendees!
